Selected work.

Twelve projects from the last four years. Rooms, not renderings. Every one of these was drawn first, bid on the drawings, and installed in a day.

Case note

Blossom Hill House, nine months.

A 1978 ranch on a quiet street off Blossom Hill Road, 2,400 square feet, owned by a couple who had lived in it for twelve years and were done with the beige. The brief was short: calm, not empty, and a kitchen two people can cook in.

We drew for sixteen weeks. Fifty-eight sheets covered the kitchen, two baths, the living room fireplace, the primary bedroom and every light in the house. Three contractors bid on the set. The spread between the highest and lowest number was four percent, which is what happens when everyone prices the same drawings.

Construction took twenty-six weeks. Rosa was on site every Thursday. The furniture arrived at our receiver over three months, got inspected, and went in on a single Saturday in October. The owners went to lunch and came home to a finished house.
