The whole house
You want one team to run everything: the plan, the drawings, the contractor, the furniture and the install. You make the decisions, we do the rest. This is full service design, and it typically runs nine to fourteen months.

One room or one renovation
A kitchen, a primary suite, or a renovation that touches a few rooms. Full drawings, finish selections and a designer at the site meetings. See kitchen design, renovation design and furnishing.

Two hours of advice
You are doing the project yourself and want a plan you trust before you start. A principal walks the house with you for two hours. That is the consultation, $650, and it is credited to any project we go on to do together.
The five services
What each one costs and what you get.
Design fees only. Construction, furniture and materials are separate and priced by the people who sell them, with trade pricing passed to you.

Whole house. Six phases, weekly site visits, one install day. Nine to fourteen months.
$35,000 to $120,000 - Kitchen design
Plans, elevations, cabinet sections, lighting and the forty item checklist. Ten to fourteen weeks of design.
$12,000 to $28,000 - Renovation design
Permit drawings, finish schedules and contractor coordination through the build.
$18,000 to $60,000 - Furnishing
Sourcing, trade pricing, receiving and a single install day for a finished house.
25% to 35% of furniture budget - Consultation
Two hours in your house with a principal. A written plan follows within three days.

Most people who call us are not sure if they need a designer for the whole house or just the kitchen. Two hours in the house settles it. We walk every room, measure what matters and tell you where the money should go first. You get a written plan within three days, with a fee range for each option.
If you go on to hire us for anything, the $650 comes off the first invoice.
